The only requirements to join is if you have a working site that is not empty! We much preferred Nekoweb sites but others are very much welcomed!

Once you have emailed me, it will take up to 1-2 business days to answer your email and add you to the webring! The process of adding you to the webring can be short or long depending on our hotel manager! So beforehand, we apologize on behalf of our manager!
